Join us to transform your body and your life at Hot Yoga Haven. Our studio offers a variety of classes in a room heated between 100—105 degrees

We offer the following classes:

•Hot Yoga

•Hot Vinyasa Flow Levels 1 &2

•Hot Power Flow

•Hot Power Fusion

•Hot Yoga Sculpt (Yoga with weights)

•Special Kids Teen Class - Saturdays @ 12:30pm/Tuesdays @ 2:00pm

•Kids First Yoga - Saturdays @ 3:00pm

After experiencing just one Hot Yoga session you will leave feeling rejuvenated, recharged, and refreshed; and will fill you up with pure exhilaration.

WHY THE HEAT?

Think about it, it makes sense. Before we do any kind of energetic activity, warming up is usually what we do first. The heat allows you to go deeper and safer into a yoga pose. The heat helps to cleanse both the mind & body.
